Lucinda Ohlson is a visionary Writer and Director, known for her ability to bring high-concept narrative to life through her unique imagination and passion for creative excellence. Lucinda has directed TVCs for esteemed brands such as Allan Gray, Nedbank, Magnum and Uniliver, and has written and directed short films and music videos that challenge norms and explore universally relevant themes.

Lucinda began her trajectory into film after completing her Bachelor of Arts in Motion Picture medium, majoring in Directing and Writing, She then had the opportunity to direct and assist on commercials, music videos and feature films as trainee director and researcher for global brands under the mentorship of some of SA’s biggest film and commercial giants.

 

Her work is visually stunning, emotionally impactful and well-choreographed, making
her an upcoming influential force in the film industry.
