Bassie Maluleka is a South African-born Commercial and Fashion photographer and director in training, living and working between South Africa and Australia. As a devoted, passionate, queer and colourful creative, she draws inspiration from real life experiences and shines a light on some of the social issues surrounding African women and women across the border.

Some of her proudest career highlights include being selected as one of the Young Emerging Creatives at the Design Indaba in 2020, shooting an international Puma campaign with Nomzamo Mbatha, and more recently getting her work published in Photo Vogue.
